The first day of your 6-day tour starts with a pick-up from your accommodation in Tangier. We’ll journey through the Rif Mountains and the city of Tetouan, enjoying the magnificent mountain views until we reach Chefchaouen. This beautiful village at the foot of the Rif Mountains features a charming medina with a Spanish-style square, surrounded by arts and crafts shops, restaurants, and cafes. After lunch, we’ll continue our way to Fes, where we’ll spend the night.
After breakfast, the day is dedicated to exploring Fes, the oldest of the imperial cities, founded by Idriss II. We’ll visit the Mosque of the Andalusians, the tanneries, the potters’ district, and the medina. Lunch will be in a palace in the medina. In the afternoon, we’ll visit the Hispano-Moorish buildings and the Medersas Nejjarine.
After breakfast, we’ll head south to Ifrane and Azrou through the Middle Atlas Mountains, stopping at the cedar forests to see the monkeys in their natural habitat. We’ll travel through the Tizi Ntalghamt pass and the Ziz Gorges, carved into volcanic rock, with views of the Middle Atlas plateau. After lunch, we’ll continue through the Ziz Valley to Erfoud, Rissani, and Merzouga. Upon arrival in Merzouga, we’ll take a camel trek to a Berber camp in the Erg Chebbi dunes, the highest in North Africa. The trek takes about 1.5 hours. We’ll spend the night in Berber tents, equipped with mattresses, blankets, and pillows. After dinner, we’ll gather around the fire to enjoy traditional Berber songs and drums under the stars.
We’ll wake up early to enjoy a beautiful sunrise over the dunes and take a camel ride back to the hotel. After a shower and breakfast, we’ll leave for Tinghir and the Todra Gorges, eventually arriving in the Dades Valley, where we’ll have dinner and spend the night.
After breakfast, we’ll drive through the Dades Valley to Kalaat M’Gouna and Ouarzazate, along the Road of a Thousand Kasbahs, offering plenty of photo opportunities. We’ll visit the Valley of Roses and the village of Skoura before continuing to Ouarzazate, known as the “Hollywood of Africa.” Lunch will be at the famous Kasbah Ait Benhaddou, the largest Kasbah in Morocco. After visiting this UNESCO site, we’ll journey through the Tizi n’Tichka pass in the High Atlas Mountains, stopping to enjoy the stunning views. We’ll arrive in Marrakech in the late afternoon.
Today we’ll explore Marrakech, the “Red City of Morocco.” Our guide will ensure you see all the historical and cultural sites, including the Koutoubia Mosque, the Saadian Tombs, the Bahia Palace, and the Ben Youssef Koranic school. We’ll walk through the medina, witnessing various craftsmen at work, before arriving at the famous Djamaa El Fna. Lunch will be at a nearby restaurant, and in the afternoon, we’ll visit the Majorelle Gardens and take a short tour of Gueliz, the new part of Marrakech. After dinner, you’ll have the opportunity to walk through the bustling streets, entertained by magicians, storytellers, and food vendors. The tour concludes in Marrakech.

Yes, as we mentioned in the includes list, regarding travelers who don’t like to go on camels, we use a 4×4 car to transfer them to and from the camp, without any extra charge as well. You just need to inform us at the time of booking.
